Ok the structure is clear. It's a csv file.

What does that structure have to do with IB ?

You are very unclear about where you have an actual problem.

Can't you read in the records/fields from the csv ?

Or don't you know how to insert a record in interbase ?

Why didn't you post this to one of the *.cppbuilder.database.* groups ?
