This question has been asked (and answered) many times here) please search the newsgroup archive before posting. However, the answer is that Borland have a sub memory manager that takes memory from windows and only gives it back when app closes. Thus windows thinks it is losing memory. This is not a leak. Don't worry about it. Use Memproof to find any leaks you may have. Task manager is not any good for finding leaks for this very reason.
