TransparentColor and vsReportListView bug

On a form i have a CaptionLess form using BorderStyle=bsNone and an image in
a curved rectangle shape with a ListView vsReport style placed upon the
image.
I am using BCB6's TransparentColor=true and if i move the columns left or
right on the ListView and then scroll to see the other columns all the
column captions get distorted...
Is this a bug or is there a fix..
