Thanks Remy and Fishface for your replies.

What exactly I need to do is the following:
1- I have a project that one of its functions is file shredding, so I need
the user to be able to right click on any file/folder in his
explorer/desktop and click on my menu item ("Shred File/Folder using my
project").
2- So basically I need to add menu item in the shell context menu that will
have the title ("Shred File/Folder using my project"), and I think it is so
simple to be done using the link Remy provided.
3- My next task is to send the complete folder path of the file path
(including the file name) to my application in order to path it to my
file/folder shredding function to start shredding it, which I really still
don't know how to do.

So any idea on how to send A) complete folder path B) complete file path
including file name to my application once the user right click on any
file/folder and select my command from the menu.

Thank you all for your help.
