Could you be a bit more specific?  Like show us the code?

Are you saying that 
CreateProcess(	"c:\\MySubApp.exe",
		 "C:\\MySubApp.exe C:\\MyDir\\MyFile.dat",
		x,x,x,x,x,"C:\\MyOtherDir",x,x)
 doesn't work?
