Sort of by definition, no.

On the other hand, there's nothing stopping your application starting
other applications which your first application communicates with. It's
how I built a pseudo-multithreaded application under Windows 3.1.

On the other hand, I'd recommend a (possibly multi-threaded)
multi-window solution. Does the window have to _be_ a console window, or
could it just look like one?
