Beeing unable to install a Cab file I exploded the files in it:
sample.inf and sample.dll.
Since I'm able to install a .inf file I tried to install the inf and
got the dll registration failure.

My question was:
Is it possible to install the cab file through code since exploding it
and installing the inf file doesn't work?
