Hi,

I'm writing a vcl component that needs to initialize COM for multi-threading
to talk to WMI. I call CoInitializeEx in its constructor like this (only at
runtime, though!)

CoInitializeEx(0, COINIT_MULTITHREADED);

When I use a simple test project, drag the component on the blank form and
run it I get this error:
RPC_E_CHANGED_MODE
with message string
"Cannot change thread mode after it is set"

Why? I used a blank project and I don't assume that COM is initialized by
default?
