Running the email default program with ShellExecute

I'm tryng to run Outlook Express or other default email program using ShellExecute, without success.

Here is my code:
  ShellExecute(Handle, open, Label1->Caption.c_str(), 0, 0, SW_SHOWDEFAULT)
where Label1->Caption is a current email address.

Does somebody help me?
