Hello, I want to use the IcmpCreateFile() function.  In the MSDN
documentation it says to:

Header: Declared in icmpapi.h.
Library: Use iphlpapi.lib.

Both of which I use in my project.

I have also included "icmpapi.h" which contains the reference to the
IcmpCreateFile function and "icmp.lib" which I obtained from running implib
on c:\winnt\system32\icmp.dll.  Nevertheless, I still receive linker errors
that say:

"[Linker Error] Unresolved external '__stdcall IcmpCreateFile()' referenced
from .."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
