How to get the Resource Identifier (idBitmap)
needed in a function like:

HBITMAP CreateMappedBitmap(

    HINSTANCE hInstance,
    int idBitmap,
    UINT wFlags,
    LPCOLORMAP lpColorMap,
    int iNumMaps
   );

the idBitmap is an integer, not resource name.
