Replaced Parallel printing to usb printing

originally worked in win98 on parallel printing     eg: printer1 is
printerindex -1 works   and printer2 is printerindex 0  ---worked.
Replaced printer1 to usb , now printerindex not working as well , no
printerindex working in win2k using BCB 5.0.

Please Help.
