Ok, this I'm all cool with, but my I haven't explained myself very well.

What calls my WlxLoggedOutSAS method and when? Is it Winlogon.exe.  The
reason that I ask is that WlxLoggedOutSAS appears to be called when a logon
attempt is made.  However the actual login is being made by MSGINA.dll not
myGINA.dll.

The user enters there username and password and clicks OK, all within
MSGINA.dll.  What happens then?  I know that (or I think) MSGINA.dll calls
LogonUser() to process the logon request, so how does my WlxLoggedOutSAS end
up being call, and it must be called because I relay the information on to
the MSGINA.dll stub method, GWlxLoggedOutSAS.

Sorry if I.m not making myself clear, I'm finding this a bit confusing.  My
stub is doing exactly what I want but I don't understand why :-)
