Yes - you need to include mapi32.lib  However, mapi32.lib is not included in
BCB4, so you will have to make it yourself manually.  Use the IMPLIB utility
that comes with Builder and run it on the mapi32.dll file that is in your
Windows system folder.  That will generate a .lib file that you can then
include into your project.
