Just what I already mentioned.. LoadLibrary() and GetProcAddress()

Did you try creating a fresh LIB from the DLL?
If a freshly created LIB doesn't do the trick, then give in and use
the LoadLibrary(). You could probably get all the address when the
service starts, and release them on exit.
