I quoted this explanation of SF_UNICODE flags from

My Question is:

It is not clear to me ... may I combine SF_UNICODE with SF_RTF?
When I specify SF_RTF flag (without SF_UNICODE), will Windows implement the
EM_STREAMOUT/EM_STREAMIN in Unicode text mode?
