Hint is shown only when combo box is not dropped down. I want to show active
line of drop-down window wider if it does not fit to the window area.

I solved the problem as next way. There is class named THintWindow in
C++-Builder. By using this it is easy to show long texts wider than drop
down window width. HintWindow can also wrap long text to the multiple lines.

Other way that I may use in my application is enlarge whole drop-down width
of combobox. This is easily made by sending message to the combo box as next
way.

::SendMessage(pComboBox->Handle, CB_SETDROPPEDWIDTH, pComboBox->Width + 50,
0);

So I have solved the problem and don't need help yet.
