Please look at this:

   GetTempPath(MAX_PATH, TmpDir)
}

Return me:
"D:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\"
How can i have:
"D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\"?
My Meaning is: LongPath and ShortPath.
