Q1:
My program is using 2 windows, one for control, the other one for display. 
In full screen mode, the control window is not visable (not focused). I 
would like to use same shortcut keys ([Alt]+[...]) to run the control 
window. How can I get the control window receive those shortcut key codes 
from display window?

Q2:
In BCB I can define the shortcut for a button with '&' for [Alt]+[...]. Can 
I define one more shortcut key for the same button? with a single key 
(without [Alt] combination), e.g. [Tab]
