On my WinXP Pro machine the entire Registry entry is:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}\LocalizedStri
ng = @%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll,-9227

where LocalizedString is of type REG_EXPAND_SZ.

The default value of this key is empty.

On my Win98 SE machine, the display name is located in the default value of
the same key described above.
