Nope, sorry. For that, you'd probably have to simply run a timer/thread that periodically retreives the system's current process list and then manually scan through it looking for new entries. There are hooks for detecting when new windows are being created, however. Look at SetWindowsHookEx(). That might not be what you are looking for, though. Gambit
