Actually I've viewed the SetWindowsHookEx() function in the msdn site and it
seems quite interesting.

Now concerning the hooks for detecting when new windows are being created,
will this cause to have a return value from the SetWindowsHookEx() function
when for example the (notepad.exe) is starting to load? cause if this is
correct, so that is all what I need...

( BTW I am really new to using API)
