So far, I'm not giving it any Style parameter and only WS_EX_TOPMOST in the
ExStyle parameter....

It seems that whatever I try doesn't give the results I'm looking for.

Exclude WS_BORDER from Style and WS_EX_*EDGE flags from ExStyle.
