What about using SHGetSpecialFolderLocation(), as Remy also suggested? I
don't know about SHGetSpecialFolderPath() [it doesn't exist in BC++5
with which I mostly work], but I know that SHGetSpecialFolderLocation()
does work on all 32-bit Windows platforms. It's probably a bit more code
to write. But, who cares?
