I have done that, the code below generates a vali� IP header, insert it
instead of the sendto line in the original code

   unsigned char message[20] = 
{0x45,0x00,0x14,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x10,0x11,0x15,0x92,0xc0,0xa8,0x00,0x05,0xc0,0xa8,0x00,0x06};
   char message2[20];
   memcpy(message2, message, 20);
   int sentbytes = sendto(s, message2, 20, 0, (struct sockaddr *)&dest, 
sizeof(dest));

This generates the same errors on the builder but works fine on visual c
