Ran it with bcb3 and it gave:

socketerror                 : 0
setsockopterror             : 10022 //WSAEINVAL ?
sentbytes                   : 20
sendtoerror                 : 126

With the "12345..." string the same:

socketerror                 : 0
setsockopterror             : 10022
sentbytes                   : 20
sendtoerror                 : 126

I have no accepting socket running on 192.168.0.5 or
192.168.0.6 (0xc0,0xa8,0x00,0x06);
