Hi, Just a thought, but could it be something to do with my use of the VCL and VCL components in the DLL? I don't think it should be because even if I comment out the part that creates a new form, I still seem to suffer the random behaviour. I'm using BCB6 on Windows XP, both up to date with the latest patches. Any help / tips would be really appreciated. Thanks, Loz
