This may be possible for me to do pretty easily.
I have code that will(or should) write CF_DIB to a bitmap file, if I replace
the file with a memory stream, then I can do it in-memory.
Can I load a bitmap file into a stream and then call LoadFromStream? Or do I
need to have created it with SaveToStream?
