Try using GetCurrentProcessId() instead.

And try simplifing it altogether:

	PROCESS_MEMORY_COUNTERS	lMemInfo;
	GetProcessMemoryInfo( GetCurrentProcess(),
			&lMemInfo, sizeof(lMemInfo));
