LMCONS.H defines that, and should have proper header guards to stop
multiple inclusions. (For example: RAS.H also includes it)

Which error would that be? I can think of 2 that sotta mean what you
said. Best guess without actual error message, is you didn't include
the netapi32.lib in your project.
