I tried it (both objects in-process DLLs) but without result.
Handle was passed via Registry.  Application freezed when 
second object write data in port.

Frankly it is more complex system - OPOS (Ole for POS) and 
besides my objects also work some additional ActiveX (OPOS Control objects) that not controlled by 
my code (more exactly this ActiveXs control my code). May be problem in this.
Well I'll try DuplicateHandle, calling first objects methods 
from second, etc.
Still not sure in success result.
