Internet Explorer and Outlook Express both use a default connection, which
is stored in the registry. Whenever a dial-up connection is to be
established, this default connection is selected by default in the dial-up
dialog box.

On Win98 machines this 'default' connection is stored in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\RemoteAccess\Default. However, this key doesn't
exist on WinXP, hence my question whether there is a way to obtain this
'default' connection, which works on both Win98 and WinXP.
