🚀 go-pugleaf

I have only 2 customers receiving this error when the go to open my program. 
Both users
are using Windows XP Pro, which is what I'm using as well and I have around 
180 other
customers using XP Pro, XP Home, 98, 98SE, ME and Media Center without any 
problems.
The error message does not elaborate as to which DLL it is. I do use 
Loadlibrary on a DLL,
but I tried having this commented out as well as all of the code pertaining 
to that DLL but
they still receive the error.

I used a program called Dependancy Walker and the files below are what it 
came back
with. I had the customers check and all of them are there.

What I'd like to do is to be able to trap this error so I can get more 
detail as to
which DLL it is so I can have them get what ever file is missing.

I'm using BCB 6.0. I'm not using any runtimes. Not sure what other info 
might
be useful.
