Tom, so, you don't have any information about which DLL it fails....? listen, have a try with: "Process Explorer" it's much better as the programm that u're using...esides this also have a look here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;198038 i wish i could make u more suggestions...but for the moment that's what i know :-( Oren
