🚀 go-pugleaf

I have implemented VCL code to overwrite the caption of items with a
unicode string. This is working fine but I've noticed a potential issue.

I ask each item to return the display rect for its label /but this is
based on the item's ANSI label/ and there's no reason to expect it to
be the correct rectangle for my string.

I've had a look on MSDN but it seems that the listview uses 8 bit
strings only. That means the best I can hope for is to get the biggest
possible display caption. If needs must I can probably work that out
for myself but even that isn't the end of the problem.

Assuming I can get such a rectangle I need to be able to work out how
to reduce it to the minimum needed since that's what a normal list view
does.

Oh and I need all this to work in all four view modes.

So, assuming you read this to the end - do you have any suggestions?
