The target dialog, the "Someone is trying to send email on your
behalf" message from Outlook, makes you wait for five seconds
before you can click "Yes".  My app has a timer that is
activated when the dialog appears.  After five seconds, it sends
the message that the "Yes" button was clicked.  However,
nothing happens if I don't move the window of my application.
If I drag my window slightly, the message gets to the Outlook
dialog and it closes.  If I don't drag my window, the Outlook
dialog stays open.

Rather odd, don't you think?
