I use Simple MAPI to send e-mails with file attachements

I have a probleme with accentuated caracteres in the attachement file name
but not in the subject and the body.

For example:

If the subject is: "Régis"
In my e-mail client I see "Régis" in the subject
That is OK.

If the the body is: "Régis"
In my e-mail client I see "Régis" in the body
That is also OK.

But if the file that I attache is "Régis.txt"
The file is sended without problem but the file name become "Rigis.txt"

"i" is what you get if you mask "é" with 0x7f
It looks like the MAPI only use 7bits for the characteres in the file name.

I have tryed to convert "é" to "&eacute" but I receive "&eacute" and not "é"
I also tryed UTF-8 and wchars but without luck.

If I manualy use the client to send "Régis.txt", I get "Régis.txt" so it is
not a limitation of SMTP.

(For my tests, I use Outlook Express as e-mail client)

Any advice?
