Hi,

I need to disable and enable a network card at certain times on an XP
system.  I figure that to do so requires using the Win API.  Unfortunately,
I am very unfamiliar with it.  So, if someone could show some code, I would
greatly appreciate it if you could be explicit in how to implement it.
