BCB3 BCB4 dll's

Hello Everyone,

I am now running BCB3 and have discovered that there
are major bugs with the use of dynamic link libraries with
this version. I have my code distributed into one executable
and ten dll's. I have had problems with the use of SHFileOperation.
Use of this command would cause a fatal error to occur on
exiting of the program. But I discovered that as soon as I

 1. Changed to the use of Dynamic RTL OR
 2. Believe it or not removed string text from a RadioGroup
in a seperate and completely unrelated dll.

then SHFileOperation would begin to work without problems.
(I tried including the memmgr.lib with little effect).
Unfortunately changing to using Dynamic RTL would cause
other parts of my program to cease working correctly.
I found that when using Dynamic RTL that my program would
for some reason not begin execution at the start of my program
but instead at some random point in one of my dll's.
This indicates to me major problems with dll's in BCB3.
I am quite sure after considerable testing that these problems
are due to BCB3 and not my code.
Does anyone know if much work was done on dll's from
version 3 to 4.
Also as I am now considering upgrading Verion 4 to resolve
these problems does anyone know if relevant when BCB5 is
due for release.
Thanks in advance.
Regards Digby Millikan.
