Hello Every one.

When I installed borland c++builder on my clean win98 or win98 se sytem
it won't
start. When the splash screen appears the harddisk is makking some noise
but after
a few seconds the noise stops and the system hangs!!
I have already wait a hour. But the system just did anything.
The only thing I can do is a cold reboot.

Pleas Help
I use Borland  c++ builder 4.0 profesional full install

ps Delphi client server 4.0 gives the same problem
