Hi

I've been trying, for the last 15 hours(!) to get this patch. It seems
it's only available on the ftp site and this either 'hangs' or refuses
to let me in.

I need this patch urgently. Is there a mirror site? (If not, why not?)
Is there someplace else I can get it?

Any help would be appreciated.
