Importing Template Classes in BCB5

I have BCB5 and no matter what I do I can't get it to import template
classes from a DLL.  I know that they are exporting correctly I checked
that.  But I have confirmed that it won't actually import the classes
from the DLL, it will merely regenerate the code.  I have tryed lots of
compiler options: -Jgx, and -Jgd- but the result is lots more linker
errors.  It may be a bug in the compiler or linker or something but if
anyone can help it would be much appreciated...
