Hmmm..  I have already tried to declare paths of my project units in to
dcc32.cfg.
The strange thing is that the not compiled units are used by the project and
they are located near
the .dpr file! (in the same folder)

However I solve it!.

The problem was that I have executed the batch file from another folder
(outside the project folder)
without pointing the Current Directory to my project folder. Note, that all
my paths are
full paths to folders, but that it wasn't enough.

Batch file sample:

CD "C:\ProjectFolder"
"C:\Program Files\Borland\....\Bin\dcc32.exe" -M -W
"C:\ProjectFolder\Project1.dpr"

It works!, Thank You Any Way.
