Trying to start IBReplServer.exe (EXE version of Replication server) on
Win2000 Server, IB Server itself is already running.

Replication Server Manager window appears, with an error message saying the
database, user and password must be specified. I acknowledge the error
message and then the window then disappears before I can specify them. How
do you specify these parameters?!?!?!
