I have installed the ReplManager and ReplServer to
the default path "C:\Program files\Replication
Technologies\IB Replication Server for IB 6.x".
After starting "Configure Services" from the
IBReplicator program group I changed the Director
to this path and can then install the service
without any problem.

Starting the Replication Server out of the program
group does the replication automatically and
exits. If you start IBReplServer.exe directly by
the windows explorer, no automation is active. If
there are errors starting the ReplServer, I guess
there is something wrong with your configuration
database / schema definitions.
