Still no luck with Java Mail

I am still trying to get Java Mail to work outside of the JBuilder environment.  It works just fine under JBuilder but not as a stand alone app.  I put impar.jar, smtp.jar, pop3.jar, and mail.jar in one JBuilder library.  I put the activation framework in another library and added both libraries to the project.  I also put all of the extracted files from the META-INF directory in a META-INF directory directly below my source path. As a last resort, I added the META-INF directory to a library and added that library to the project as just a class path.

I still get the following error.

javax.mail.NoSuchProviderException: No provider for Address 
type: rfc822

Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated.
