I found the answer: open the ZIP files under Jbuilder's directory, change the
environment settings for JBuilder to use the files there not source.zip, and
"move " the source.zip to somewhere else. JBuilder seems "to remember " it once
had a zip file there.
Hope it works, it worked for me.
