Looking for information on Vector, VectorModel

I am simply trying to create a list of objects in memory. I would
like to be able to sort this list. I have seen the Vector class, and
it looks like it could handle a list just fine. But when it comes to
a sorted list (vector), I was hoping for an easy method. I prefer to
use either standard jova, or borland routines. Any suggestions?
Also, are there any better examples of how to use the borland
vectormodel. Do I need to create some kind of Vector Data Set to
sort?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob Byron
