I have been asked to create a menuing system for a new project.  They have
asked that it look something like the current Delphi/Java menu that comes
with the IDE.  What I am looking for  ideas/suggestions on how to handle the
buttons in the tabpanel.  I need to be able to add icons, keep them the same
size and have them justify to the left.  Is there a way to do this with the
layout feature.
