OK. I am a reasonable person (I try anyway).  I can understand that most 
people would not want Boulder.gen to be moderated.

Let's try a different approach. 

Any clever people out there have some good counter-spamming ideas?  Can 
we spam the spammers or otherwise jam their circuits?
